Cookie Policy
What we store on your device and why. The short version: the public website sets no cookies at all.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as the fact that you are signed in. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job, and this policy covers those too.
What we use, and why
We keep this deliberately minimal. Browsing the public pages of this website sets no cookies at all: we do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.
- Staff sign-in only (strictly necessary): when an employee signs in to the staff dashboard, our authentication system sets a session cookie that keeps them signed in, a security token that protects the sign-in form against cross-site request forgery, and a short-lived cookie that returns them to the page they were trying to open. These are essential to the login and are never used for tracking.
- Chat and contact form: using Nova or sending a message does not set any cookies. Your message is sent to our servers when you submit it and is not stored in your browser.
- Security: our servers may briefly use your IP address in memory to limit abusive or automated requests. This is not stored in a cookie.
How long they last
The security and return-page cookies are deleted when you close your browser. The staff session cookie expires when you sign out or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting it.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones, usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can also browse in a private or incognito window. Blocking cookies will not affect the public website; it will only stop the staff dashboard login from working.
Changes and contact
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date. If you want to know exactly what is set on your device during a visit, ask us at info@newgenitllc.com and we will walk you through it.
