Question 1

What does Newgen IT Solutions do?

Accepted Answer

Three things that work best together: software development (custom software, web, e-commerce, and UI/UX), quality assurance and testing, and IT staffing and consulting. You can engage us for any one of them, or have us build the product and staff the team that runs it.

Question 2

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?

Accepted Answer

Two business days from the kickoff call for most development, QA, data, and cloud roles. Specialized searches take longer, and we'll tell you exactly how long on the first call rather than pad the list with maybes.

Question 3

Do you offer offshore and nearshore teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We staff and deliver onshore, nearshore, and offshore, and often blend them: an onshore lead in your time zone with a dedicated team that extends your working day. We'll recommend the mix that fits the work, not the one with the biggest invoice.

Question 4

Which industries do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Banking & finance, insurance, healthcare & life sciences, telecom, retail & consumer goods, and manufacturing, automotive & engineering, alongside technology practices in software, quality engineering, data & AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. If your need sits outside those, we'll say so on the first call.

Question 5

How do you verify candidates' skills?

Accepted Answer

Every screen is run by a practitioner from the same field: developers assess developers, QA leads assess testers. It's a conversation about something the candidate actually built or tested, plus a practical exercise where the role calls for one. Depth, judgment, and communication are all assessed before a name reaches you.

Question 6

Is there a guarantee on placements?

Accepted Answer

Every permanent placement carries a 90-day guarantee: if the hire doesn't work out in the first ninety days, we refill the role at no charge. Contract engagements run on two-week notice in both directions, so you're never locked into a bad fit.

Question 7

How do you protect our code and data?

Accepted Answer

Confidentiality is one of our core values. We sign NDAs as a matter of course, work inside your accounts and tools rather than copying data out, and grant access on a least-privilege basis that is revoked when the engagement ends.
